Odor Monitoring Equipment Covers Nine Odor Pollutant Indicators
Article source:Weather station time:2026-05-11 10:02:02 viewed:213times
Designed according to GB14554-1993 standard, Odor Monitoring Equipment can simultaneously monitor odor concentration and nine pollutants: ammonia, hydrogen sulfide, trimethylamine, methanethiol, dimethyl sulfide, dimethyl disulfide, carbon disulfide, and styrene. The equipment integrates metal oxide, PID photoionization, and electrochemical sensor technologies, suitable for 24-hour continuous monitoring and data transmission in scenarios such as waste treatment plants, sewage treatment plants, and chemical industrial parks.
Odor Monitoring Equipment is a professional monitoring system developed for odor source environments such as waste treatment plants, sewage treatment plants, and chemical industrial parks. Designed according to the "Odor Pollutant Emission Standard (GB14554-1993)," the equipment can simultaneously monitor odor concentration (OU value) and nine odor pollutant indicators: ammonia, trimethylamine, hydrogen sulfide, methanethiol, dimethyl sulfide, dimethyl disulfide, carbon disulfide, and styrene. The sensor types encompass metal oxide sensors, PID photoionization detectors, electrochemical sensors, and ETO sensors, achieving high-precision detection of complex gases through multi-sensor array combinations.
Odor Monitoring Equipment offers two operating modes: intermittent monitoring and 24-hour continuous online monitoring, allowing for flexible selection based on application scenarios. The device incorporates high-precision sensors and a pre-processing module, employing a pump-suction sampling method. Data is transmitted to a backend server via GPRS or TCP/IP wireless communication and automatically written to a database for remote viewing. The system can also be optionally equipped with extended environmental parameters such as PM2.5, PM10, temperature, humidity, wind speed, wind direction, atmospheric pressure, illuminance, and noise.
Odor Monitoring Equipment is primarily applied in two types of scenarios. The first is external environmental monitoring, targeting industrial parks and landfills where resident complaints are concentrated, helping environmental protection departments quickly trace the source and understand pollutant emission characteristics. The second is internal workplace environment monitoring, ensuring air safety in the working environment of workers and reducing the health impact of odors by providing real-time monitoring of factory work areas that generate harmful gases. The equipment has been widely used in chemical industrial parks, sewage treatment plants, landfills, oil refining, and livestock breeding.
