Integrated Forest and Grassland Fire Risk Factor Monitoring Station Architecture
Article source:Weather station time:2024-08-02 08:57:58 viewed:540times
Forest fires are a major threat to forestry; they occur suddenly, are highly destructive and can quickly cause serious consequences. Multiple fires each year result in forest loss, environmental pollution and human casualties. When fires occur, rapid response and correct decision-making are crucial, which is usually based on timely detection of fires and accurate analysis of the fire situation.
There are documents in place that emphasize the use of advanced technologies such as big data, IoT, blockchain and artificial intelligence. A comprehensive and efficient early warning and monitoring system should be established to realize upward and downward linkage and horizontal integration of information. Strengthening the integration and application of monitoring technologies is advocated to improve the coverage of fire monitoring, the accuracy of identification and the timeliness of verification.
In order to improve the efficiency of forest fire prevention, we have established a three-dimensional monitoring system, which includes sky, ground and airborne sensors to form a comprehensive IoT sensing network. This system provides fast and accurate emergency services to relevant departments through a unified network, a centralized management platform, an emergency command center, and multiple applications, such as risk warning and drone rescue.
The Integrated Forest and Grassland Fire Risk Factor Monitoring Station adopts advanced image recognition, deep learning and network monitoring technologies to build an early warning system capable of automatically monitoring videos, accurately recognizing smoke and fire and pinpointing fire points. Through this integrated technology, the monitoring station is able to achieve integration of resources, intelligent management and ensure rapid response.
System Architecture:
As basic monitoring equipment, forest and grassland fire risk monitoring stations are composed of front-end sensing sensors, data collectors, power supply systems and installation accessories.
These monitoring stations are capable of collecting data in real time and transmitting them to the integrated application platform at the provincial level through wireless communication modules, such as the public network or the Beidou system. The data are cleaned and quality controlled to ensure their accuracy before being deposited.
Using real-time monitoring data and combining it with supporting information from forestry and meteorology, the application platform is able to generate business products such as fire risk factor analysis, assessment and early warning. These products support the key work of fire prevention and suppression, such as fire risk research and judgment, early warning release, fire source management, fire prevention and control, as well as suppression decision-making.
