The Vehicle-Mount Weather Station is a mobile comprehensive observation device specially designed for mobile platforms such as vehicles. It can monitor various meteorological elements in real-time and be used in vehicle environmental laboratories for tests.
The observation bracket of the Vehicle-Mount Weather Station is designed for vehicle-mounted mobile observation. The strong magnetic suction cup mounting method allows it to be connected to various vehicle models without damaging the vehicle's surface structure, and it is easy to install and remove. The monitoring elements of the weather station can be flexibly combined; real-time observations can be made for elements such as wind speed, wind direction, air temperature, humidity, and atmospheric pressure. The sensor housing is made of imported ABS material, with a protection level of IP65 or higher, which can withstand harsh environments such as salt spray. The equipped GPS sensor can realize automatic wind direction positioning and precise clock calibration of the automatic station and the entire vehicle. The on-board LCD display terminal can show observation data and power supply status. The data collection interval can be set between 1 and 60 minutes, and it has a built-in large-capacity data storage that can continuously store more than 500,000 pieces of data. With multiple communication methods, it can read data on-site with devices such as PDAs and laptops through standard communication interfaces like RS485/USB, and also realize local long-distance data communication.
In vehicle environmental laboratories, the laboratory needs to simulate different meteorological conditions such as high temperature, low temperature, high humidity, and strong wind to test vehicle performance. The Vehicle-Mount Weather Station can monitor these simulated meteorological parameters in real-time, providing data support for the experiments. When conducting performance tests of vehicle air conditioning systems, the laboratory simulates high-temperature and high-humidity environments. The weather station can accurately measure temperature and humidity, helping researchers grasp environmental parameters and evaluate the cooling and dehumidifying effects of the air conditioning system. In tests of vehicle power systems and heat dissipation systems, when simulating different wind speeds and ambient temperatures, the real-time feedback data from the weather station enables researchers to judge the output power of the power system under different meteorological conditions and the heat dissipation efficiency of the heat dissipation system, ensuring that the vehicle has stable power and good heat dissipation under various climatic conditions.
