Temperature Sensor for Display Backplane adopts high-precision thermistor as an induction component, which has the characteristics of high measurement accuracy and good stability.FT-BW1 Temperature Sensor for Display Backplane is composed of a protective cover made of a German Heraeus platinum resistor chip processed by a special process. It is mainly used to measure the temperature of the surface of an object. The patch temperature sensor is attached to the surface of the object by self-adhesive adhesive to achieve a more ideal temperature measurement effect. The patch temperature sensor has a large contact area with the object being measured and is in close contact, so it has obvious advantages in some surface temperature measurements: high temperature measurement accuracy, fast response speed, light volume and easy to fix and install. It is especially convenient to place on the surface of a solar panel.
2. Features of Temperature Sensor for Display Backplane
1. The structural design is reasonable, simple, compact and beautiful.
2. The temperature core chip is packaged by hot melt welding, and the outer tube is packaged by argon arc welding and spinning cold extrusion.
3. The outer tube is made of light metal material and is specially oxidized to be corrosion-resistant, rust-free, deformation-resistant and water-tight.
4. The sensor has excellent interchangeability and long-term stability.
5. Strict welding and packaging requirements ensure that the error of the sensor is no more than ±0.2℃ at -50℃~100℃.
6. It should not be affected by environmental factors such as dust, chemical gases, etc.
